Catholic Daughters of the Americas is an organization of women dedicated to faith expressed by service and love. As members, our spirituality is enhanced through the various spiritual and charitable activities of CDA. We belong to the oldest and largest organization of Catholic women in America. We were originally founded in 1903 by the Knights of Columbus

We were the first organization formed at La Purísima Concepción in 1938.
Currently, we are composed of members from both La Purisima and Queen of Angels parishes.

Meetings are held monthly, September through June, on the first Wednesday of the month at 1:00 pm, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, at 523 E. Chestnut Ave., Lompoc

Once you decide to join, you will be installed at the following meeting. We then hold a formal installation ceremony at our end-of-the year luncheon in June.
