Quinceañera

The Catholic Community of La Purísima Concepción congratulates you on your decision to celebrate your Quinceañera in the Catholic Church. The basic outline of the process appears below:

1. Call the Parish Pastoral Center (805) 735-3068 and request an appointment.
2. The young lady and both her parents must come to the appointment.
3. Dates and times for Quinceañera celebrations cannot be reserved more than six months ahead of time.

Please bring the following documents to your appointment:

1. The completed Quinceañera Questionnaire
2. A copy of your Baptism Certificate
3. A copy of your First Communion Certificate
4. A copy of your Confirmation Certificate (if you have already received your Confirmation)
5. A letter of permission from your Parish Pastor if you do not live in this parish
